Bull City Burger and Brewery

Welcome to the first annual Durham Underutilized Food Festival, DUFFestival for short. 
<A HREF="http://www.bullcityburgerandbrewery.com/" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Bull City Burger and Brewery" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bull City Burger and Brewery</A> and <A HREF="http://www.pompieripizza.com/" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Pompieri Pizza" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pompieri Pizza</A> take a farm tour each year, and we learned recently that pork ribs and small "cull" sweet potatoes were underutilized and going to waste. So, we decided to create a festival celebrating the food that doesn't usually make it to our plates.
This year we're focused fully on ribs and sweets. We'll be serving six flavors of pork ribs and 2 versions of tofu ribs for our vegan/vegetarian friends. We'll have sweet potatoes four ways, sweet potato desserts, and sweet potato beer, plus, veggie sides.
It's FREE to RSVP, and on the day of the event guests will pay by the pound. Yes, we'll have beer. See you there.
