Duct Dynasty is a free 2-day course designed to enhance the skills of your Aeroseal crew. It is intended for dealers currently using HSC (3.0 and/or 4.0) equipment, or those who feel they would benefit from an introduction to and possible upgrade of their current Aeroseal equipment.
Duct Dynasty is a combination of hands-on training and classroom discussion to ensure your crew is productive and confident the day of the job. It serves as an excellent refresher course for the crew in the field.
On the first day of this two-day course, participants will engage in classroom training that delves deeply into installer productivity. The session aims to provide valuable tips, review the hardware, and cover the appropriate maintenance procedures for Aeroseal equipment. Additionally, participants will be introduced to new software changes designed to enhance the efficiency of the sealing process. The day concludes with an exam to evaluate participants' comprehension of the information presented. NOTE: Certification requires a score of 70% or better.
The second day is dedicated to practical, hands-on experience. Participants will observe the correct procedure for setting up the system and witness a seal being performed. It's important to note, individuals seeking certification will be required to independently set up and execute two (2) seals, within a group of no more than 5 participants. Successful demonstration of competence and passing the exam will result in the participants receiving a certificate of completion indicating “Certified Technician” status for Aeroseal.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own Aeroseal system to ensure it is in proper working condition. At a minimum, we recommend bringing the laptop and power cord to ensure the computer is equipped with the latest versions of both Windows and the Aeroseal software.
While Duct Dynasty is offered at no cost, companies are required to have a certified technician on their staff to register participants. If there is no certified technician available and individuals wish to obtain certification, a fee of $100 per person/certification will be required.

Aeroseal will supply lunch on both days and host a group dinner on the first night. Please note that hotels and transportation are not covered. We suggest considering car rental, as securing Uber and/or Lyft in the Dayton area could be challenging.
