Introduction to Blockchain 10:00 – 10:30 (30 mins)

There has been a great deal of media attention to the blockchain revolution recently. How much of a game changer is this new technology? Where does it come from? Break 11:30 – 12:00 (30 mins)

Blockchain Use Cases for different industries 12:00 – 13:30 (90 mins)

Cryptoassets and Blockchain:

Blockchain technology is as fundamental as the internet technology was back in the 1990s. However, internet protocol development community received limited support, also driven by nascent capital markets and investor base. Blockchain presents a groundbreaking case for organizing networks in a decentralized manner - something that challenges the basis of our being. This talk will focus on what drives value in blockchain asset class and what does it mean for the community - developers, end users, miners, and especially investors.

This part is presented by:

Haninder P. Singh (Active investor in crypto assets and developed understanding of Blockchain protocols and app specific tokens. Co-Founder and Fund Manager, QuarkChains Capital. Managing Partner at StrategyConnect (business professionals’ marketplace powering MENA SMEs). Ex-Booz management consultant and Ex-Director of Strategy and FP&A

Shubham Yadav (Active cryptocurrency trader. Collaborator on a public Blockchain development project focused on large infra projects. Co-Founder and Fund Manager, QuarkChains Capital. Managing Partner at StrategyConnect (business professionals’ marketplace powering MENA SMEs). Ex-Rocket Internet Entrepreneur-in-Residence and ex-VP Operations and Strategy

Quarkchains Capital (powered by and registered under Amalthea Capital, a registered PE fund in DIFC)

The Future of Blockchain 15:30 – 16:00 (30 mins)

So we know that there are many use cases that will evolve, but what is the future evolution of the blockchain technology itself? We will take a look at the latest changes in blockchain technologies and announcements of future steps.

Breakout Sessions 16:00 – 17:00 (60 minutes)

In depth use case for your industry: We will create a few cases for attendees' industries on the fly, using attendees' in depth knowledge of their processes and customer experience.

Deeper technical discussion for Application Developers

We will discuss the next level of technology information to give a deeper insight for those wishing to develop applications that leverage the blockchain.
