Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost – home of the most infamous villains who ever lived – the teenaged children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the island… until now. When the four troublemakers are sent to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, they have a difficult choice to make: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good?

Frequently asked questions

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests can be made through your Eventbrite account or by emailing marlena@startingarts.com with the order number and quantity you'd like refunded. Please make requests at least 24 hours in advance to ensure there is time to process the refund.

How do I request a transfer?

You may request a transfer through your Eventbrite account OR email malena@startingarts.com. Please include the order number(s) of the ticket(s) you’d like transferred, quantity you’d like transferred, and date you’d like them transferred to.

What should I bring to the performance?

Please bring your ticket(s) either printed out OR have the QR code(s) readily available on phone.

When can I go inside the theatre/venue?

Attendees can enter the theatre/venue after being notified by the box office attendant. Shows usually open 30 minutes before show time but that is subject to change depending on show circumstances.

I can’t find my ticket(s) in my email. Can I get it/them sent to me?

Yes! Either click the “Contact the Organizer” button in your Eventbrite account OR email marlena@startingarts.com. Please include the email the ticket(s) were purchased under and the order number(s).

What happens if I don’t request a refund and don’t show up to the show?

If you do not request a refund before the performance start date and time and do not show up, your ticket will be considered a donation and if applicable, given to a standby attendee.

The show(s) I want to see is/are sold out. What are my options?

If the show(s) you are interested in attending are sold out you can either keep checking the ticket link as we do get some transfers and refund requests or you can show up to the performance and see if any standby tickets are available.

What are standby tickets?

Standby tickets are offered to standby attendees if the original ticket holder(s) do not arrive and have not requested a refund. We give original ticket holders 10-15 minutes after the show begins to arrive. Standby tickets are at the discretion of box office personnel and are not guaranteed.
