DrupalCampATL is organized by the The Atlanta Drupal Users Group (ADUG). ADUG brings together professionals and enthusiasts in the Greater Atlanta area and Georgia to meet and exchange ideas and expertise about building websites using the Drupal.

<P><STRONG>DrupalCamp Atlanta</STRONG><SPAN> (DCATL) is one of the southeast’s largest annual Drupal conferences, attracting web developers, designers, executives and educators who are engaged with teaching and learning Drupal. This conference is comprised of multiple concurrent sessions with tracks ranging from Beginner, Design/Theming and Usability, Development and Performance, Site Building, Business Leadership, and Education. In addition there are impromptu birds of feather (BOF) sessions, code sprints all concluding with a networking reception.</SPAN></P>

<P>The Atlanta Drupal Users Group (ADUG) took hard look at the evaluations from last year and it was a consensus that DCATL needed to get closer to downtown making the airport commute better for everyone. The people have spoken and we have listened! <STRONG>2017 will be held the tech hub of Atlanta - the Buckhead neighborhood</STRONG>, which hosts some of the best startups, restaurants and the Lennox Mall. Now you can take the MARTA train straight from the airport by exiting at Lennox station. This years camp will be held at the Doubletree - Buckhead | 3342 Peachtree Rd., NE | Atlanta, GA 30326</P>
<H2>History</H2>
<P>In 2009, the inaugural Drupalcamp Atlanta was held at Kennesaw State University. The grassroots event was spearheaded by Dave Terry of Atlanta-based Mediacurrent, and a group of devoted volunteers, who wanted to unite, grow, educate, and train our regional Drupal community. Over the years, Drupalcamp Atlanta has consistently grown and developed an amazing reputation for attracting high-profile speakers, business leaders, sponsors and Drupal enthusiasts from all skill levels.</P>
