About this event

  • 3 hours

Sound Healing is an extremely powerful healing tool. Everything that we are and that is here in existence has a frequency. Every state of emotion or physical malady has a frequency. To be in harmony is a vibrational state of being in tune with yourself and your environment. To experience disharmony is a part of life and is incredibly important for many reasons. To stay in a state of disharmony for too long can lead to larger chronic issues mentally, emotionally and physically. This state of disharmony can also then lead to difficulties in manifesting your hearts desires.

The Navajo have a saying that "Great Spirit loved the drum so much they gave everyone a heartbeat".

The drum is iconic in all cultures providing structure for any music to rest upon. Drumming can be simple or quite complex but however you engage with it is deeply healing for your brain and nervous system. For this event we will spend some time playing some very simple healing rhythms together. No experience is needed for this. We will be working with frame drums and explore some different rhythms to clear our different energy centers. Then using the mother drum as our center piece uniting us together we will play all together. Finishing the event receiving a full sound journey using a full spectrum of instruments.

These group sound healings are an opportunity to be your most authentic self. To experience a feeling of being connected to others in a healing environment. If you have done private work with Emma then these sound opportunities will reinforce the work you are already doing.

Once you sign up you will receive full and complete instructions for arriving, what to bring and do etc. No drop-ins please.
