This event is free, with a suggested donation of $10-20 and is limited to 18 attendees.

We are located in the Honey Creek Collective, Brown Barn, 2nd Floor (Great Hall).

See you there!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an instrument?

No, this is a meditation practice, rather than an interactive drumming circle. You are, however, encouraged to bring a journal, mat, blanket, eye mask... anything to make your journey comfortable.

What should I expect?

Brandon will start the class with a grounding exercise, making sure that we are in a good mindspace. After inviting us to either lie down or remain sitting, he will start the drumming. To conclude, he will allow time for journaling before opening the floor to the voluntary sharing of experiences.
