This immersive experience is designed to help you drop into your body, awaken your inner rhythm, and journey inward through the medicine of drum, breath, and sound. Together, we’ll explore the power of group rhythm, intuitive drumming, and sound journeying to shift energy, clear blocks, and return to our inner center. Bring your own instruments or come just as you are! *Weather permitting, we’ll plan to be outside
