Drum Circle Event , Saturday, Jan. 25, 9-11am at the Arts HQ Gallery in Surprise. Grab a friend and reserve your seat, $15ea (drum included to use), for a powerful start to the new year! Dr. Lydia Woods, of Drum Arizona, will lead a hands-on drum circle workshop using African Djembe drums. Experience the moving beat of the Drum Circle while surrounded by artwork of local African American artists in our newest exhibit, IMPRINT: African Americans in the Arts. Engage your hands and your heartbeat in this thrilling workshop! All ages welcome. No experience necessary.
