Join us for a memory drum circle led by Cornell Coley, M.Ed.—a Teaching Artist, Producer, Performer, and Certified Drum Circle Facilitator.
Join the memory drum circle with percussionist Cornell Coley. Together, participants and caregivers will explore rhythm in a welcoming group setting where everyone can join in, regardless of musical experience. For older adults living with memory loss, drumming offers more than fun. Rhythm often remains deeply rooted in the brain, drumming can spark joy, and engagement even when other memories are harder to access, improves mood and is alot of fun.
