Overview

Do you lack motivation to work out? This program is perfect for you - because all you have to do is drop-in and show up!

Drop-In Workouts are designed for anyone who struggles to make time to workout, doesn't like the gym and/or doesn't know what exercises to do. This program is perfect for you if you fall into this category - because all you have to do is drop-in and show up!


How this works:

1) Sign up for a workout. (You can come in anytime between 5:30-7:00p, use the calendar below to sign up)

2) Follow the workout of the day. (A workout will be planned and set up for you, taking you through the warm-up, exercises and cool down)

3) Go at your own pace. (You'll need at least 30 mins to work out)

4) Crush your workout and you're done!


This is designed to be self-paced and easily modifiable. If anyone has physical limitations, they are still able to exercise. There will also be videos demonstrating how to do each exercise with the proper form. Talya will also be there for any additional questions.


Each session is ONLY $10*, so reserve your spot using the calendar below.
