No, all tickets must be purchased in advance on Eventbrite. Space is limited, and once tickets are gone, they’re gone—so don’t wait!

? Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

Accepted Answer

No, but it will make check-in faster. We can scan your printed ticket or mobile barcode, but if you forget, we can look you up manually (which takes longer).

? Can I bring my droid?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This is a droid builders' event, after all. Bring your droid, show it off, and let others marvel at your work.

? Where will droids be displayed?

Accepted Answer

Droids will be lined up along the perimeter walls to ensure clear pathways and ADA compliance.

? What types of droids are allowed?

Accepted Answer

Any and all droids are welcome—whether they roll, walk, beep, or just sit there looking awesome.

? Can I set up a display?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but all table space is reserved this year. You must purchase the Table Add-On with your ticket to secure a 24” x 72” table with two chairs under your name.

? How much space do I get?

Accepted Answer

Your entire display and belongings must fit within your reserved table. No overflow or extra storage space will be available.

? Can I sell droid-related items?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you have droid parts, accessories, or other builder-friendly items, you’re welcome to sell them at your table—just be sure to purchase a reserved table add-on.

? Is there a special hotel rate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a 35-room block reserved at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport for $132/night. Call (317) 856-6200 and mention DroidCon to book.

Yes, but why stay anywhere else when you could be with fellow builders?

? Is food included with my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Your ticket includes a breakfast buffet on Saturday & Sunday to keep your brain fueled for building.

? Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the hotel provides Wi-Fi—but if you’re trying to stream a full tutorial in 4K, results may vary.

Question 13

? What if my droid breaks down at the event?

Accepted Answer

You’re in good company! There will be tools, spare parts, and plenty of experienced builders on hand to help troubleshoot and repair issues.

? Can my company sponsor DroidCon?

Accepted Answer
