About the Speaker: Juliette Bhatnagar

Juliette Bhatnagar is currently leading the IT Cosmetics Global Brand Supply Chain at L’Oreal. In her role, she oversees the end-to-end process of sourcing, manufacturing, distributing and delivering products to customers worldwide. Previously she led and implemented several demand planning teams at L’Oreal, AmorePacific and Barnes & Noble. She has an MBA from Paris Dauphine University majoring in Business Controlling and Systems Information.

She started her career in France in Finance in the Beauty industry. She then joined Barnes&Noble.com leading the implementation of their new demand planning software Kinaxis. While leveraging the system’s capabilities, she managed the Nook devises demand planning and led CPFR calls with third party retailers Best Buy and Target.

Before joining L’Oreal, she implemented a new demand planning function at the Korean Luxury skincare company AmorePacific, leading S&OP meetings and primarily focusing on improving forecast accuracy and reducing obsolete inventory cost.Her career reflects the dynamic combination of technical and business acumen and her ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Looking ahead, Juliette aims to enhance supply chain agility at L'Oreal, driving contingency plans to mitigate risks and increasing adaptability in response to changing market conditions.
