Join the Bexar County Master Gardeners & the Bexar County AgriLife Extension office for a monthly lunch n' learn session with new classes each month in 2023!  Classes are held monthly on Fridays from 12-1 PM.

<p>Join John Vann for a presentation on drip irrigation.  John became a Bexar County Master Gardener in October 2014. He has advanced training in Irrigation Efficiency and Rain Water Harvesting.  His passion is drip irrigation and water conservation.  John will teach us about drip irrigation also  known as micro irrigation or low volume irrigation.  It is a method that saves water.  Water is delivered through a network of tubes, valves and emitters that slowly “drip” water directly were needed.  In this presentation, you will hear about the benefits of drip irrigation, were it can be used effectively and how to design and install a drip system.  Do not miss this great opportunity.</p>
