Michael is President of Lost Lagers, a beverage research firm, and writer for theWashington City PaperandDC Beer. He has served his historic beers at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History’s Food History Program and serves as the historian atDC Brau Brewing Company, LLC, the first production brewery in DC since 1956.Peter is CEO of Lost Lagers and a beer historian, certified beer judge, and long time homebrewer. He’s contributed to recipe formulation and brewing of over one dozen commercial historic beers celebrating everything from DC’sChristian Heurich Brewing Companyto the Polish Embassy’s Constitution Day Celebration.

Dark: Gordon Biersch Rockville's Potomac Porter, a porter brewed with lager yeast, sometimes called Pennsylvania Porter," this beer was historically a product with an English name, manufactured by German immigrants in English breweries.</I></DIV>
