What time does check-in start?

You may start checking in for the event at 7:30pm.

Can I transfer my ticket to another date?

No. Unfortunately, we no longer offer ticket transfers and will continue to adhere to a no-refund policy due to many last-minute cancellations. This will allow for a clear and smooth process for the staff, artists, and attendees. We hope to see you at the next one!
