What are the dates and hours of operation for the camp?

Camp sessions will run from Monday to Friday, starting on June 10th and concluding on June 28th. The camp hours are from 12:00pm to 4:00pm each day. This schedule allows for a three-week experience filled with fun activities, learning opportunities, while still accommodating other commitments.

What age groups are eligible to attend the camp?

Our camp welcomes children ages 7 to 17 years old. We offer two distinct age groups to cater to different developmental stages and interests: Junior Campers: Ages 7 to 11 years old Senior Campers: Ages 12 to 17 years old This ensures that campers can engage in age-appropriate activities and make th

What is the cost of the camp, and what does it include?

Our camp fee is $80 per child per week. However, we offer discounts for early payment and for families registering multiple children. Pay-in-Full Discount: Families who pay the full amount upfront will receive a $10 discount. Family Discount: Parents registering one or more $10 discount per

Is transportation provided to and from the camp?

No, transportation to and from the camp is not provided. Parents or guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children at the designated camp location. We recommend arranging carpooling with other families in your area if needed.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for camp registrations. Once registered, we incur costs associated with administration and supplies to secure your child's seat, whether they attend or not. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Are there any special items or clothing that campers need to bring?

We recommend that campers come prepared with the following items: Closed-toe shoes Water bottles to stay hydrated Comfortable summer clothing Please avoid sleepwear or clothing with inappropriate language or graphics Sunblock / Bug spray if needed

Are meals provided, and are there options for campers with dietary restrictions?

Yes, snacks and lunch will be provided during the camp hours. However, if your child has special dietary needs or restrictions, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate these requirements. Additionally, we encourage parents to provide their own lunch and snacks if they prefer
