Want to improve your realistic drawing skills? Join me for this Drawing Animals Class at Steph Holmes Artist Studio, where you'll create an accurate drawing using artist quality drawing pencils. During this 2-hour class, you'll be guided through each stage of the drawing process, from learning how to use the pencils and erasers, to sketching the animal's proportions realistically to adding textures and fine details. Come draw and enjoy a fun afternoon in the studio!


  • All materials are provided, including a drawing paper, a set of drawing pencils, quality erasers, and a blending stump.
  • Perfect for beginners who are looking to draw more realistically.
  • Open to ages 13 and up.
  • 8 students per class maximum.

Where do I park?

Unlimited duration, free street parking available on Philadelphia St. Free two-hour parking lot available at Foundry Plaza/Codorus Boat Basin located at 234 W Clarke Ave, York, PA 17401 (on the same block).

What is the class size?

We’re keeping the class small, with a cap of just 8 people, to ensure plenty of one-on-one guidance and foster a cozy, family-like atmosphere.

Do I have to create the same drawing as everyone else?

Feel free to go rogue if you're comfortable with drawing—switch up the composition or tweak elements to make the drawing uniquely yours!

What if I feel sick? Can I get a refund?

The health and well being of everyone in class is my highest priority. I'm more than happy to give you a full refund if you feel under the weather and I'll appreciate you deciding to keep us all healthy in the process!
