Can I sign up for more than one slot?

Yes, if space is available, but we ask you donate one drawing per session

Can I bring large paper

Yes, but we may not be able to accept larger scale works for the benefit.

Can I bring Oil Paint or scupture supplies?

This is a drawing event to create works on paper. There is no sink so no wet media except ink / watercolor

About this event

DRAWaTHON PROJECT: THURSDAY, JULY 13 & FRIDAY, JULY 14, 2023

We are inviting Artists like YOU to register for a free 2.5 hour life drawing session from the model in the John Little Barn. You can bring your own drawing supplies or use materials we will provide

You can register for a session using this Eventbrite registration.

We are asking each participant to donate (in full) one small figure drawing (16” X 20 or smaller) from their session to be sold at the Reception event on Saturday, July 15th.

If you are unable to attend a session you can instead contribute a small figure drawing done off site

FUNDRAISER RECEPTION: SATURDAY, JULY 15, 5-7pm (ticket link to come)

Each work will be signed on the back, so the artists remain anonymous when the works are on display.

Benefit attendees will have the opportunity to purchase these works for a set price of $200 each.

A silent auction of framed figure drawing by Mercedes Matter will also help us reach our financial goals.

This event will include Live Music, Light Fare, and Drinks.

Benefit tickets will be tiered from $150 to $500. Because our event capacity is limited to 150, we are unable to provide complimentary tickets to participating artists, but we will hold a preview of the works from 6-8pm on Friday, July 14, to celebrate the participating artists.

FUNDRAISER SALE: SUNDAY, JULY 16, 12-6pm

Any works unsold after the Fundraising event will remain on view and available for purchase on-site on Sunday, July 16, and remain available for purchase on our website until they are sold!
