Can I just come to one of the workshops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The day is split into two workshops. The first workshop is called ‘Playwriting from Archives’ and the second is called ‘Co-creating Scripts from Archive’.  Each workshop is a stand alone event. You can come to one or the other or both.

Question 2

Will refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

You can buy drinks on site. Within a few minutes walk, there is a good range of places selling food.

Question 3

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

You could bring with you whatever you use normally to write with. So, that might be a laptop or it might be a pen and journal.

Question 4

Do I need any prior writing experience?

Accepted Answer

No. The workshops are structured for people with all different levels of writing experience, including none at all.

Question 5

Will I have to share what I've written?

Accepted Answer

We'd like people to share some of the writing they do on the day (no pressure though if you don't want to).  If you do want to share some writing, then you just to make sure it's legible to others. So, writing on a tablet or laptop might be easiest.
