Detour's Winter Workshop Series is in San Francisco, CA. The workshops focus on devised immersive theater processes, drag artistry, and performance.

You&#x27;ll learn the essentials of play and transformations, from understanding supplies &amp; products all the way to application &amp; fundamental techniques. After this workshop, you’ll have the building blocks to create your own drag looks! </p><p></p><h3>A﻿BOUT DETOUR&#x27;S  WINTER 2024 INTENSIVE SERIES</h3><ul><li>P﻿articipants will be immersed in Detour Dance&#x27;s approach to devised theater, experiential work, and drag artistry;</li><li>E﻿ach workshop is facilitated by Detour collaborators,  offering unique vantage points into the company&#x27;s creative process;</li><li>T﻿hese workshops are geared towards advanced, pre-professional, and professional level dance &amp; theater artists;</li><li>Detour is offering sliding-scale tuition for each workshop;</li><li>A﻿ll workshop venues are ADA accessible and have gender-neutral restrooms;</li><li>Masks are optional, not required;</li><li>I﻿f you have any access needs that you would like to share with us, please email detourdance@gmail.com</li></ul><p></p><h3>ABOUT MUDD THE TWO-SPIRIT</h3><p>My name is Mudd. I am a two-spirit bipoc/latinx artist originally from central California. I use my art form to push the agenda of representation in multi-faceted and intersectional identities and the narrative of artistry for people who have had to identify as an “other”.</p><p></p>
