PFYis a service and an advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) individuals throughout their lifespan.  Our mission is to enhance the health, wellness and cultural competency of LGBTQ individuals through education, support services and personal development.  We serve New York State’s Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties.

The Drag Performers of Long Island are shining like jewels at the much awaited Drag Factor: Ruby Red Ball, a World AIDs Day Event! Get ready to have your wig snatched at this virtual drag celebration on December 5th, 7pm - 9:30pm. LGBTQ individuals and allies ages 18 - 45 are invited to join for performances by drag royalty, celebrity guest appearances, World AIDs Day awareness, and more!We are looking for Ruby Red Ball Drag Performance Submissions! Submissions for Drag Performances are due to Maria November 9th via email at mdemauro@longislandcrisiscenter.org. Videos must be filmed horizontally with the best audio and lighting possible.Want to submit more videos for the Ruby Red Ball? We are looking for video submissions of drag performers sharing the importance of getting tested and knowing your status!
