Drag Brunch!

Camden Pride Pop-Ups is thrilled to start LGBTQ+ Pride with glitter and glam! Join us on Sunday, June 2nd, to see a spectacular lineup of drag royalty perform while you brunch. Bring those dollar, dollar bills, y'all and get ready to show these artists some love.

Tickets include admission to the performance as a fundraiser benefiting OUT Maine and the wonderful work they do to support queer youth.

Our friends from Spark Bagel will have delicious bagel sandwiches, tasty baked treats, and coffee available for sale. Plus, the GOODS crew will be slinging brunch bev's for you to purchase.

Meet some of the performers:

Jen D'aBenda
She crashed landed on Earth to show you bad taste, it's Jen D'aBenda! She spins, talks, and can barely walk. Here to make you laugh and have fun!

Cameron Freak
Originally based out of Tallahassee, Florida and performing since 2018, Cameron Freak brings the bright colors and chaos from the Florida Panhandle to his new home in Midcoast Maine. This Florida Man is caught up in a glittery hurricane of 80's glam rock, 90's shock rock, lounge sleaze, and high energy pop rock. Dive deep into your rockstar dreams with Cameron Freak as your guide. He guarantees that this tour through the weird and wonderful with be a great time!

Kaos Ensue
It’s all about forgetting what society taught you! Forget gender roles or societal roles. Embrace the weird, be who you are, and just let Kaos Ensue!

HoneyDo Felon
HoneyDo is a cosmic-camp, drag-thing. They are a fan of the absurd and the beautiful, the comical, and the profound. They love to sparkle, to lean into the theatrical, and to really connect with the audience in simple, silly, and sometimes intimate ways.

Asster Rico (they/he)
Asster Rico was born to drag in Maine and is glad to be back, shaking their (it’s in the name) all over the Midcoast. Asster Rico enjoys bending gender norms like a sport and expressing themes about taking back our power through chosen identity, wildness, and discovering liberation beyond the binary. Gender euphoria and authentic expression are part of his package, which he will undoubtably unwrap for you if given applause, dollars, or a passionate sea shanty.

Victor Vibrant, they/them
Made of Aquarian intellect, sequins, and scraps of thrift store polyester fabric, Victor enjoys satirizing the gender binary and finding new ways to incorporate different types of theatre. Victor particularly loves collaborating with other drag performers, and is looking forward to doing a vampiric little number with a brand new drag queer, Timothèe Slutamet, for the upcoming Camden drag brunch.
