For Ages 9 to 11 - Drag is the intersection of art, fashion, and performance. In this course, students of all genders will participate in imaginative and creative play, create characters, and design costumes using and repurposing found materials. Students will learn about incredible drag and performance artists both historical and contemporary including Leigh Bowery, William Dorsey Swann, Nick Cave, Sylvester, Lady Bunny, and Maebe A. Girl. All supplies are provided and included in the price of the class.

  • Monday to Friday , August 5 - August 9(5 Class Meetings)
  • 1PM -3 PM
  • Austyn de Lugo-Liston, Instructor
  • For Ages 9-11
  • $250/Student (tuition covers all meetings)
