10am is the recommended time of arrival. Tee times start every 10 minutes begin at 10:30am.
Yes, if you buy multiple tickets you will be partnered together. If you buy an individual ticket you can still be partnered with a person of your choosing just send us a message.
At the turn, you'll receive a food voucher for a hot dog or grilled cheese sandwich with a drink. Snacks will also be available.
At check-in you will receive instructions for the day, and be directed to your cart.
The longest drive location is TBD. You'll have one opportunity to tee off, with no mulligans allowed. To be considered, the ball must land on the fairway . Any ball outside of the fairway will not count toward the competition.
Upon completing your round, head to Cafe Rock (located directly next to the pro shop). Submit your scorecard at the table for counting. Winners of the Best Round and Longest Drive will be announced, and trophies will be presented.
Parking is free.
Anyone can sign up to participate, but children under the age of 7 are not allowed on the golf course at any time.
No, all food consumed on site must be purchased from golf course. You are welcome bring your own beverages. Though we will provide a food voucher for a hot dog or grilled cheese and a drink. We will also provide snacks and water.
Blue Rock Springs Golf Course reserves the right to take photographs/videos (or to arrange to have photographs/videos taken) during the event. Photos can be published in print and/or in electronic format.
Only service animals are allowed.
Only two riders and two bags per golf cart. All participants must observe the safety rules printed in the cart, and must drive prudently as course conditions allow.
Each participant must have a set of clubs and may rent clubs from the pro shop. The pro shop can provide rental clubs at a cost of $35-$45 per set. If you will need a set, please let us know so we can help secure a set.
Everyone will tee off from the white tee box. Handicaps will not be considered, as the main goal of the tournament is to have fun!
You'll be randomly partnered with a group (unless you notify us of a preference), but scores will be kept individually. Scoring is based on the honor system, so please track your scores accurately.
Mulligans off the tee are valid if agreed upon by your group.
