I hear you! I know how hard it can be to struggle with your weight. I see in my patients on a regular basis how weight (especially in the belly area) accumulates and just doesn't want to leave. Calorie restricting, intermittent fasting, keto diet, regular exercise...these may have worked in the past, but they no longer do. Or in some cases things can get even worse. So what can we do? Do we need to just live with this?


I have to admit, for years I was almost as frustrated as my patients over this! Even the obvious natural hormone balancing therapies didn't consistently help this stubborn weight- and I was taught that balancing hormones (with natural treatments and bioidentical hormones) was the path to weight loss success. So if hormones weren't helping, what else would?


In my own search for how to best eat for my body (not for my busy medical practice), to help me achieve and maintain my optimal weight and also maximize my energy, mental health and cognitive health, I stumbled upon a way of eating that brought results. And I began to see why many women out there were struggling with their weight. The diets out there today can work great - up until a point. After this point, we need a new approach. And that is what I plan to share with you during my webinar.
