Birthwork often means holding space through deeply intense moments, including experiences that can be emotionally or physically taxing — as well as moments of deep meaning, joy, and connection.
This space was created to offer birth workers a place to pause, process, and gently debrief. It’s a place to hold the hard alongside the beautiful, to share stories from the work you do, and to feel witnessed in the full range of your experience. These sessions are facilitated by our in-house therapist, Nyanna.
Whether you’ve attended a birth or had client interactions that feel heavy, lingering, or deeply affirming, we invite you to join us in this supportive, confidential space.
