That’s why we’re inviting you to join a new effort: the Douglas Construction Sector Launch. This initiative will bring together leaders from construction, education, workforce, and economic development to align shared priorities and shape practical, industry-driven solutions.

This launch event is designed for industry leaders to define the pathyway for the Trades Careers. Community partners from workforce development, education, and economic development will attend in listening mode, ready to support the strategies and priorities identified by employers and industry leaders.
