Program Description

This course examines the major Do’s and Don’ts of litigating a case from the beginning leading up to trial including, but not limited to:

• agreeing to accept the case

• drafting the pleadings

• conducting discovery

• drafting and/opposing pre-trial motions including, but not limited to demurrers and motions for summary judgment

About the presenter

Brett Bitzer is a Senior Trial Attorney at Callahan & Blaine, APLC.
