Bring it to your mat, sit with it, transmute it. We cannot have "love and light" without spending some time in the darkness too. The trance-like quality cultivated by this practice will invite your awareness inward for a deeply introspective experience. Our movement practice will be accompanied by guided meditation, pranayama (breath practice), and deep rest to relax + release.</p>
