A note from Dr. Vaish:
Hi, Dr. Vaishnavi, is an MD and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner with a passion for exploring how the language we use—especially our inner conversations—shapes our inner world and, in turn, our outer reality. I work at the intersection of mental health, mindfulness and personal development, bringing fresh perspectives to how we understand and work with the mind. This blend of disciplines forms the heart of Clo Woman, a female-focused wellness company founded to create spaces where women can reconnect with their inner power and shift from survival mode into conscious, empowered living.
We designed Don't Think of an Elephant as a fun, thought-provoking seminar to introduce people to the power of their own minds—and how to break free from old mental patterns by learning to use the mind as a tool, rather than being unconsciously driven by it.
In this seminar, we’ll explore how our conditioning creates thought loops that directly influence emotions, behavior, and performance. You’ll see how NLP techniques complement the structured strategies you already use in therapy—by bringing in the power of language patterns, visual processing, and subconscious reframing.
This introduction to NLP offers a bridge between personal development and practical psychology, inviting participants to move from a reactive or “victim” mindset into one that feels more empowered, intentional, and aligned. At CLO, our goal is to leave you with some simple yet powerful tools that you can use with clients and for yourself—especially when it comes to anxiety, performance blocks, or those ever-familiar limiting beliefs. We’ll laugh, reflect, and you’ll hopefully walk away thinking a little differently. And yes… we will definitely think of an elephant—on purpose.
