Don't Get Me Started: An Evening of Mutual Neurodivergent Info Dumping

Come join a bunch of neurodivergent folks for an exciting evening of mutual info dumping at Shelterwood Collective in Seattle, WA, USA. This in-person event is a fun opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who want to make friends around their special interests and current hyperfixations.

Space is limited to 20 people. Please register ahead of time. There is a $5 suggested donation to cover operational expenses, but you are welcome to come even if you can't afford to donate. Donations will be accepted at the door.

There are 5 open slots for folks who want to share about their topic of choice. Each person will have 7 minutes (and only seven minutes!) to give their best info dump on the topic they're passionate about.

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking?

Street parking is available around our building for $3.50-$4.50 per hour. DowntownSeattleParking.com makes it easy to find parking garage availability and rates in the neighborhood.

Where are you meeting?

Shelterwood Collective is located in Pioneer Square. After registering for the event, you will be sent information on how to access the building and locate the meeting room.

Is your building ADA accessable?

The meeting room is located on the second floor of the building. Unfortunately, there is not elevator access.

Do you offer accomidations?

We want to work with you to make sure your sensory needs are met as much as possible. Each person is encouraged to bring whatever sensory supports they need for themselves. If we can do something to make the event more accommodating, please let us know.

Why is there a cost for the event?

The cost is merely a suggestion, to help cover the costs of space rental.

Can I really talk about anything I want?

Yes, as long as the subject matter is not harmful or inappropriate for a mixed-group setting of intergenerational strangers.
