The Pennsylvania Crime Prevention Officers' Association was established in 1978 at a law office in Bethlehem, Pa. We are a 501.(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making our Pennsylvania communities stronger and safer by training local community crime prevention officers, crime watch neighborhood volunteers, town leaders and families across the Commonwealth to prevent and avoid crime.
PCPOA operates with an all volunteer, unpaid Executive Committee consisting of a Board of Officers and a Board of Directors along side of the Executive Director.
