Many of you may remember the 7+ years of my #donationyoga classes at James Howell Studio,

The 1.5 hour alignment-based yoga class was available to individuals regardless of financial status - "donate what you can afford."

Some yoga students donated - some did not; yet we shared in the practice of #yoga while developing a supportive community of friends.

Well, I miss those days.

However, I've created something new.
