Class Instructor: Lauren P. GLOW beneath the blacklight tapestries, glow in the dark wristbands for all yogi's, and wear neon or white! Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation.Benefits:-Improves physical fitness-Reduces stress and anxiety-Enhances flexibility and balance-Promotes mindfulness and self-awarenessNo prior experience with yoga is necessary - all levels are welcome!Don't miss out on this opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and soul. Tickets must be purchased in advance online as we do have an event capacity to accommodate.Private Studio Property The entrance to the private studio is through the gate on the right side of the property, then it is the first door on the left. The studio is NOT open to the public for walk ins.
