Fitcidence leads with beat-based movements and dance-inspired cardio that invites everyone to feel sexy and energized—no dance experience necessary. When Erica takes the stage, expect a blast from the past with her ‘80s-inspired aerobics, complete with humor, body positivity, and a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels and body types. Together, we're on a mission to make working out the highlight of your week.
