A Soft Place to LandBreathwork • Somatic Grounding • Sound BathA Soft Place to Land is a gentle, community-centered healing experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest.This is a donation-based community offering. You are welcome to contribute what you can, if you can. In lieu of monetary donation, non-perishable food items and personal care toiletries are warmly accepted and will be donated to support community members in need.This offering invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive environment. Through guided breathwork, somatic grounding practices, and a restorative sound bath, you’ll be held in a space that encourages ease, presence, and renewal—exactly as you are.This experience is accessible to all levels and bodies. No prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is required.<h3>What to Expect</h3><ul><li>Gentle, guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation</li><li>Somatic grounding practices to help you reconnect with your body and release stored tension</li><li>A deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments</li><li>A quiet, supportive community space focused on safety, rest, and integration</li><li>Time to arrive, settle in, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and restored</li></ul><h3>What to Bring</h3>To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:<ul><li>A yoga mat or padded mat</li><li>A blanket for warmth and comfort</li><li>A pillow or bolster (optional but encouraged)</li><li>Water bottle</li><li>Journal (optional, for reflection after the session)</li><li>Any personal comfort items that help you feel at ease</li></ul>Wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for lying down and resting.<h3>Additional Notes</h3><ul><li>Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in</li><li>This is a quiet, phone-free space once the session begins</li></ul>
