East Harlem Scholars Academy

<p>Black Mat Yoga is thrilled to offer this donation-based yoga class in the East Harlem community! We'll start class with a some yoga 101 basics and answer any questions that you may have like "why are people breathing so loudly?" or "what do these words mean?" and then go into a yoga sequence that everyone can access. Don't let your money keep you from taking this class--pay what you can! Nervous? Don't be. Bring a mat if you can, otherwise reserve yours here. Limited mats available. </p><p>Class will be taught by Eric Mosley, the founder of Black Mat Yoga NYC.
