The Outrage

Rights x Tech hosts a multi-city event series to convene technology practitioners, organizers and leaders to discuss emerging issues around ethics, products, power and solutions-building.This Washington, DC event is meant to bring together product managers, technology policy analysts, social movement organizers, and individuals committed to exploring how they can use their careers and positions of power within the technology ecosystem to improve the world.The evening will feature our special guest <a href="http://shannonvturner.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Shannon Turner</a>, a software developer and the founder of Hear Me Code, which offered free, beginner-friendly coding classes for over 3500 women in DC from 2013 to 2019. In 2015, Shannon was named one of Washington’s Tech Titans by the Washingtonian.
