ABOUT AMBER:
Amber Ostblom is an experienced and accredited Fitness Professional, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Energy Healer in Omaha & surrounding communities. She takes pride in helping others heal and grow in alignment with their health and wellness goals. She works in many realms, but her favorite is teaching outdoors in Mother Nature.
As a busy mom of four, she found the constant pressure and expectation to be everything for everyone impossible and decided to begin a journey of authenticity, alignment, and balance through movement and energy. Now, she has the pleasure of supporting others in doing the same!
Amber aims to create an inclusive and empowering yoga class for all levels using intention-setting, breath-work, mindfulness and poses that promote balance, strength, flexibility, and expression. She can’t wait to meet you (and your dog) on your mat!
