CreaTV San Jose is a non-profit community media center that empowers the residents, businesses, schools and organizations in San Jose to effectively communicate their message to a broader audience using our free cable and Internet channels.Our mission is to inspire, educate and connect our community, using media to fostor civic engagement. We fulfill our mission by providing the training, tools and platforms that allow diverse and often under-served communities to tell their stories and express their views through digital media.

CreaTV San José invites you to an afternoon of documentary films created by the 2021 DocuMentorMe cohort. The films explore the rich tapestry of communities in San José. DocuMentorMe is a media training program that equips participants with media and storytelling skills to shape narratives about their communities. Join us on Zoom to watch 9 documentaries centered on the San José experience.
