Rough Cut #1: QUEEN OF THE CATSKILLS. Directed by Jamie Kennard

Synopsis: After a string of traumatic relationships leaves her emotionally devastated, a high school English teacher from the South Bronx seeks solace in the mountains as she attempts to reroute her life. But just as the wilderness begins to heal her fractured sense of self, she doubles down by embarking on a multi-year solo quest to become the first woman to backcountry ski the 33 high peaks of the Catskill Mountains. Queen of the Catskills is a raw, moving portrait of one woman's journey to overcome the past while testing her limits in an unforgiving landscape amidst the mercurial elements of winter.

Location: 9 Market St, Ellenville

Date: Tuesday, May 6 at 7pm.

Please bring food or drink to share if you are able.
