Big Couch is a New Orleans-based enterprise that focuses on performing and facilitating creativity. Rooted in the “yes, and” philosophy of improv, Big Couch contributes high-quality, innovative shows and workshops for a wide variety of creative and comedic endeavors.

Jump into fun improv scenes and get real-time feedback to up your comedy game in this coaching session.

Do Scenes, Get Notes is a new Saturday workshop series from Big Couch. Every session runs from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and gives you two full hours of warm-up, scenes, and personalized coaching from some of New Orleans' best, regularly performing improvisers.Think of it as a step up from a jam. You don't just get more time to play, but you'll also get quality feedback to help you grow as a performer. Sharpen your skills without a long-term commitment or add something to your current class schedule.Each session is coached by a different Big Couch faculty member, so every week brings a fresh perspective.
