Initially, Molly worked for a non-profit sober living and recovery house organization in New England, overseeing client care, peer support, and day-to-day business operations. • Walker Milligan, LPC

Walker Milligan started working in substance use treatment in 2013. He’s worked at all levels of care, from detox to sober living and out patient care. He pivoted away from specifically working in abstinence treatment when he opened his private practice in 2020. Informed by a Liberation Psychology approach, he’s included public advocacy work in the areas of policing, incarceration and harm reduction in addition to his clinical work. He sees harm reduction as a guiding mindset rather than a defined modality.
