The structure is designed to help you meet people you are so excited to know, without forcing performance or small talk.You’ll leave this portion with a sense of who’s in the room and who you want to continue the conversation with outside the room.--ELEVATE In the second half, a Nova member leads a short, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical, relevant, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately.Topics vary month to month and include leadership, money, visibility, communication, wellbeing, or sustainable success.
