Session 1 will be general ice breaker training. including basic warm up. warm up kicking drills, physical drills and current general tactics.

2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Session 2

Various coaches

Session 2 2pm-4pm will be lead by various elite coaches, sharing there insight and drills. 4:30-5:30 Pm rumble sparring 5:30-6 Pm Closing remarks.

9:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Sunday Test Matches

Please have your daedo socks please having snacks and water ready as we will treat this part as a competition. you may fight in the morning and may get your second fight 1 hour later.
