This fun workshop allows students to spruce up any old T-shirts, bags or fabric items. Come learn how to use embroidery hoop and a vinyl cutter to screen print custom designs. In this course the group will learn how to upload their designs onto CutStudio, cut them out on the Roland and then screen print them using DIY techniques.

Basic knowledge of software like Inkscape and Illustrator recommended.

The Fabville Fabrication Laboratory is housed at Somerville High School in a newly designed Engineering classroom which offers a dynamic co-working space comprised of daytime high school classes and afterschool programs for students and adults. When you arrive at the main entrance of the school, you will be greeted by a door monitor and directed downstairs slightly to the right as you enter. At the bottom of the stairs hang a left and you will have found FabVille.
