All About Elderberries! Join us in the Co-op Classroom for this hands-on herbal workshop.

<p>Join us in the Co-op Classroom for this hands-on herbal workshop taught by community wellness advocate Deanna, where you will learn the benefits of elderberries during cold and flu season, see a live demonstration of how to make your own elderberry syrup using ingredients available at the Co-op, and take home detailed instructions along with your very own sample of elderberry syrup.</p><p>Deanna Hanson owns and operates Spiral Healing in Everett, WA, and has been an herbalist for 25+ years. Her Healing Arts repertory includes Western herbs, massage, and aromatherapy, and she most recently graduated with a Masters&#x27;s Diploma in Acupuncture.  She currently teaches community herbal and holistic health workshops locally.</p>
