Is this event good for children?

Button making is a great craft for all ages! Goblin Market staff will help younger children cut out their designs and use the button makers.

Can I share my ticket with a friend or family member?

Each ticket is for up to 5 buttons made by one person. Tickets cannot be split, though parents and chaperones are welcome to help younger crafters.

What size buttons can I make?

You can choose 1", 1.75", or 2.25" buttons.

I want to bring my own designs. Any tips?

Thinner materials, like printer paper or comic pages, work best. Heavier materials, such as cardstock or very thin fabric, can work with a bit of practice, but they are more difficult. Make sure your entire design fits on the pin front, and your background should extend at least .25" to wrap around.

This event takes place in the Goblin Art & Community space, down a flight of stairs. There is a restroom available on the main level.

Your ticket includes materials for 5 buttons, with the option to purchase more button parts on site. We’ll have a variety of fun supplies to spark your creativity, including:

Comic and manga pages
Decorative paper and coloring pages
Colored pencils, markers, and pens

Design from scratch or remix your favorite panels into something new.
