Make your own personal batch of cocktail bitters! Learn the history of bitters and then try your hand at blending your own.

This class will include all the background information, recipes, tools, and ingredients needed to create your own aromatic, citrus, or fruit-based bitters.

Each participant will be able to start 1 batch of bitters during class. Instruction will be provided to finish the bitters at home (requires infusion and filtering at home.) Participants will leave with information packet and recipes, 1 batch of bitters, 2 mason jars, and 1 dropper bottle.
